Ya'ara serves as a member of the P.See's board, assisting the organization with business development. She led the crowdfunding campaign and the redesign of the organization's website and participates in developing connections in the business community and fundraising. In her professional life, Ya'ara is manages marketing and growth at a startup company. She grew up in a the modern-orthodox community in Jerusalem and has a B.a. in PPE from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
